I ordered 3 bottles of multivitamins. Then I noticed that I had ordered the wrong one and immediately emailed them to cancel, which they never answered. They also have a WhatsApp number and I sent them a message. Again, no answer. I tried to call the number they've provided and that keeps going straight to voicemail! It's been a few days since and reading other reviews, I am sure I've been scammed. (Edited) I initially gave it 1 star. But now I changed it to 3 because a couple of days after writing this review they contacted me. They never accepted their fault and kept saying that they had never received any email or WhatsApp message. But I provided them with undeniable proof. They are still in denial! Anyhow, since they issued a full refund I changed my rating. But, as another reviewer mentioned here, their customer service leaves a lot to be desired unless you write a review here, which is unfortunate.

Theres extra (not disclosed)charges on top of your order. Im Pissed off at Gosupps. Looks like many others to. I saw nothing when checking out about border charges and duty? During shipping they hold the delivery hostage. Then notify you about needing you to pay more money. Quite a bit more. What happend to free trade? Crooks.

EDIT: Unfortunately I could not somehow get my ordered merchandise but as PROMISED, they refund me fully to compensate of the issues. Great customer service. I was very happy with the DHL delivery service and the tracking service but like other customers I was disappointed to discover that I had to pay a $22 custom fee on an order of $40. For whatever reason I assumed it was being delivered from Canada (probably my fault) but I think there should be a warning on your website that there might be a customs charge for orders outside of the US. In my case I might have ordered more to make it worthwhile or have it delivered to my friend's house just across the border in Washington state; I live in Vancouver.

My order received was not complete. I was offered full compensation once it was verified. I appreciate the personalized service. Thank you. Will order again from this company.
