Advisor was extremely helpful thank you so much for helping definitely needs a promotion. Helped alot after the bad experience recieved from previous advisor. Previous advisor Rafael was extremely rude and aggressive needs to be sacked immediately not helpful and refusing to put call through to anyone that can help

Don’t provide PAC code STAY AWAY…

Joined for mobile sim and the coverage is horrendous i’ve already just come out from a bad network and I’ve just went into another (Onebill) their system won’t generate a PAC code! Which I swear it is a legal requirement to have? By Ofcom the customer support on live chat is absolutely useless. They just tell you to call a number. I shouldn’t have to call a number in the first place to get a simple PAC code it should just be a text but nope god awful sort this out or I will be taking action…

Jamal was extremely helpful and managed to resolve problems that had been created by XLN as part of the transfer from my analogue services to the new cloud based telephoney services. I had been invloved in a number of calls with XLN staff over the last three days and it was refreshing to have someone who actually kept coming back to provide an update on progress.

Broadband issue
