Sylvanus have been extremely helpful understood the problem and went out of his way to provide the solution. Reward him The advisor when I called earlier was not very helpful he was rather argumentative and refused to believe that there was an actual problem. I did not take his name pls investigate.

Can't select negative stars!

Can't select negative stars otherwise would. We shifted offices to a new site last year in October. Secured a contract with OneBill aka XLN, for fibre and phone services to go live as a package. Come April 2024; We've been billed for phone services Since November with no sight of the fibre order. This is after multiple visits from Openreach engineers, coming from the wrong department. After sales customer service experience was horrendous with no calls or emails returned except for when our Accounts Team withdrew the purchase order and canceled the direct debit. After many lengthy waiting time calls we finally managed to sever our business from this supplier and parted with approx £150 for the pleasure! No apology or good will gesture was ever extended for our 6 months engagement but we are happy to say that we are finally rid of this ridiculous service provider. Our advice, stay well clear, there are much better and affordable service providers out there with the new vendor bringing the office online with full fibre within 10 days!
