They Do not help a small business…
Phoned as had no Internet at my business took an hour to get through to a very nice man who spent half an hour going through all the troubleshooting, only to be told at the end it's my router and I have to go and buy a new 1. One bill only sent me the current router 18 months ago but its not their problem. Running a busy salon I currently cannot take card payments, do bookings or see the current bookings, and the router I need to buy is not in stock anywhere near me. 6 days later I'm still without Internet and no phone call back from 1bill who promised to keep checking on me to make sure I was up and running. If you run a business do not use, they actually don't care when it you have no Internet and can't run your business properly

Great level of information and communicatuon recieved today so I changed to a lower tariff saving some money for our club. What's not to love about that
Terrible customer support
The small business I work for has a contract with One Bill for broadband. 10 days ago the internet stopped working. Troubleshooting told us the problem was with our supplier. We have been on hold for 30 minutes at a time for days on end and sent several emails that have not been answered. We finally managed to get an answer and were told a new router was being sent first class and would be received by us on Monday. According to the Royal Mail tracker it wasn’t posted until 17.45 on Monday. It’s Friday and we still haven’t received it. Our shop has been without internet for more than a week and we are not reassured it will be fixed any time soon. Awful service.

We initially signed up for two telephone lines and broadband service at a seemingly reasonable rate of £24 per line. However, this marked the beginning of what can only be described as a deceitful contract and service. Our monthly bills steadily climbed, reaching an exorbitant £84 per line, totaling £168 per month for both services. These price increases were concealed within their terms and conditions, making them difficult to spot unless you're an expert. I strongly recommend choosing larger, more reputable companies instead of wasting your time with this one. It's important to note that positive reviews may be fabricated by the company itself, so exercise caution. Each time we raised a complaint, it felt like they were playing games with us, never delivering a satisfactory resolution. Eventually, they began to ignore our complaints altogether. For a happier life, steer clear of this company. This advice comes from my sincere experience."

Zara was very friendly and hopefully my line upgrades will be seamless. I have always found the staff at onebill to be friendly, alas the follow through has not always been great. The proof of the pudding will be if they manage to get my faster fibre sorted without me being without internet at work and without charging me unexpected cancellation fees etc. Go Zara... you can do it!
