CUSTOMER CARE

Needed to return an item and customer service would never respond to emails like they had done in the past. So, I missed the window on returning. I wanted to return because I thought I was buying the same lights I had bought the year before, but realized they were not the same when I got them. Had a good experience last year, not so much this year.

I did not receive an order from early 11/21. Did not cancel because I expect it will be delivered sometime before 11/22 when its use is anticipated.

We have been very impressed with the customer service provided by Treetime. Through the entire process, they have communicated in a timely manner. In spite of all the shipping delays and natural disasters we still got our tree only a few days after the original estimated date! The tree we purchased is lovely and great quality.

No delivery 2 weeks after holiday plus Rude c/s

No delivery 2 weeks after holiday. We all understand the current supply chain climate but they were also rude, mean and nasty when questioned about it relative to their original commitment. No communication except an occasional form email with no tangible information. The fact that this survey comes before the purchases items is telling.

Treetime's Thoughtful Customer Service

Treetime was very transparent about shipping delays that affected my purchase. They welcomed phone inquiries and sent updates via email. When my tree finally arrived before Christmas, as promised, I was very happy with my purchase. It's a beautiful tree, easy to assemble as well as to store. Many thanks to Treetime for making this experience the best it could be!

Even though shipment was extremely delayed, it was beyond control. The only thing I would suggest is that the company regularly relay info to customers. We wanted this tree, and it’s great. We’ll use it next year.
