Timely pickup by airport shuttle. Vehicle clean & in very good condition. Courteous and helpful customer service. Competitive pricing - I usually take out domestic travel insurance to cover the rental car excess but for this 3 day hire, Omega offered a better deal.

Easy to book, was able to change pick up and drop off times easily, and the transfer to the airport was a nice touch, not always offered

The communication as soon as we landed in auckland receiving a call from omega and then confirming where to be picked up from (which terminal) instructions were so clear. The shuttle driver & his personality was amazing (finding out he use to live in wellington) haha but just a awesome experience everytime, we have alot of family in auckland so we always use omega car rentals everytime. The person at the front who did our payment and everything when we got there super fast & efficient & plus the car was there ready & waiting, we didn't have to wait around or anything it was so awesome!! Just one thing though when I came to drop the car off if there could be markings on the ground for where to park and where the shuttle picks up passengers from, my apologies I parked in the wrong area, but overall awesome as, thank you omega car rentals and all the awesome staff there.

Efficient pick up, friendly informative staff. One we let down was that one tyre was quite flat on pick up. Staff member did put some air in it and said to keep an eye on it. Was not great for confidence and I feel should have been picked up before I collected the vehicle. I did have no other issues.

Helpful friendly service at pick up at Beach Road, and a quick and easy return at the airport. The car performed well - no problems. Big plus for your company that you don't charge extra for a second driver. A big factor in chosing you. The only negative was that since we did the same hiring with you two years ago the price had gone up dramatically.

The experience was great other than the Staff Member in Wellington. I felt his manner was not Customer Friendly at all on both the pickup and return.
