I m very happy with Omega service due to below reasons: 1. Fast response on email request. 2. Always gave good recommendation. 3. Simple and fast collect/ return car process. 4. Due to heavy traffic, I and family miss the last shuttle drop off airport. when I return car, I explained to officier and she understand our situation. She helped me call taxi and inform omega will reimburse the taxi fare. I very appreciate and happy with service. I will highly recommend on Omega service.

The service was fine once I understood how the system worked. we only wanted the car for one day and requested it be picked up in Queenstown. Was told as it is was only for one day they wouldnt be taking it into Queenstown, We would need to go out to the airport to pick it up. Once at the airport there was no counter and had to ask one of the other rental operators how to get in contact. Called the number given and a guy came and picked me up. The car had done 95,000 km and certainly drove like it. However would use this company again now that I know the system.

Good easy to talk too

Easy and no frills. Tha car was in good working condition. No issues encountered. There's a van that will pick you up in the airport and drop you off as well when you pick up and return the vehicle. The best thing about it is, it's much cheaper than other car rentals in the area.

The car was great, clean and well looked after. The staff member was courteous and knowledgeable. We were dealt with promptly and treat as human beings unlike some major players. Rates were super competitive .

Dear Omega, why all this lack of self-confidence in your service that sends you off to survey customers. If I have an issue, I would have raised it when I returned the car in Picton. The car drove well but all the alarums drove me crazy, once setting off repeated theft alarums as I sat in the car at a Chch supermarket. The young lady a Picton explained that this model was the most stolen car in NZ.OK I understand. My sole beef is that the city office in Chch has been closed. Joseph, who worked there was a gem, and it was my preferred pick-up point as it was near the Radio NZ studios, where, from time to time I worked. I come back to Omega because the experience over going on two decades has been good. The End. No more surveys SVP!

Fran the lady who processed the rental was fabelous could not praise her enough a kind lovely person. Car was fabulous clean and priced well. Omega was 100 pecent ahead of all the other rentals.

I have now rented from Omega a few times without issue. Once again the vehicle was fine and had gps built in which was very handy. Pick up in Auckland CBD was smooth and quick and the vehicle was clean. Returning the vehicle to Ackland airport was also easy and the shuttle returned within 10 minutes and delivered us to the door of our airport hotel.

Pich up from Christchurch airport on time. Car ready to go and no mechanical problems for 2 weeks we had it. Drop off easy. Full insurance meant no dramas and best thing was additional drivers at no cost.

Excellent price and lovely economical comfortable car. Dropped off car wrong location all was good no drama very smooth quick process picking up car and dropping off.
