I was picked up the international terminal promptly once I was through immigration and taken straight to Omega. Within just a few minutes of arriving at Omega the paperwork was done and I was on my way. At the drop off it was a similar, quick process. Stress free and I wouldn't hesitate to rent from them again

Car was fine , tht funny when full insurance they need to waste time checking round the car. Should be just a petrol check

+ We had the pick up booked at Auckland City. Due to a flight delay we had to change it to Auckland Airport through a local friend of ours. Omega was very helpful and confirmed it to our e-mail. The car was ready when we arrived. Thank you. + Toyota Yaris was comfortable to drive and had good seats. We were fine loading our small suitcases, no good for big bags unless you do not need the back seats. - Toyota Yaris is very low. High speed bumps have to be crossed very slowly. + Omega was very generous and did not charge us for minor scratches on the bottom of the front sidewing due to touching a high pedestrian walk. Thank you. + Pick up and drop off formalities were uncomplicated and staff friendly.

Collected from the Picton ferry to their depot, good reception and well organised. Little car was fine and no probs with drop of at Christchurch airport
