The car pick up (via shuttle) from the Christchurch airport went smoothly and we were able to collect our Corolla. We returned it to Picton ferry terminal and were given a lift to the Interislander terminal which was good. Unfortunately when I’d asked about this at the Christchurch pick up point the staff did not know if a shuttle would be provided in Picton so we got to Picton extra early to allow for the walk to the terminal. I’d suggest staff at all terminals should be made aware of shuttle arrangements.

Omega offers great value for money and typically are quick and straightforward to deal with. One niggle on this occasion was that we decided to return the rental to Wellington Airport carpark (and pay the additional fee) given how early it was in the morning, rather than park the car outside your terminal in Miramar. Upon ringing up at 7:45 to report where we'd left the rental, I was told to call back after 8 when the office would be open. It just seems a clunky way to deal with customers, especially when a little after 8 I received an email asking where the car was. As a customer I just want to know that if I'm speaking to someone from the company then they can pass a message on. Thanks again, and I'll continue to use Omega

The girls at Nelson always go above and beyond, my flights were late all day and I never made it To Nelson until after closing time but Heather and Sue stayed behind at made sure I got my vehicle. Exceptional service everytime.

The car was great and the staff were friendly. In particular, I received excellent customer service. I was driving a relo and my ferry was cancelled, which could have been a real disaster. However, they quickly and decisively solved the crisis. Thanks.
