All went great without surprises. Great service and nice cars. Airport transfer was not a problem, also off hours pickup worked flawlessly. Would rent there again.

Communication by way of returning calls and answering their phone is not good. No airport depot also a negative. Vehicle was also not satisfactorily cleaned upon pick up which was disappointing to be honest.

Our flight from Auckland was cancelled and we became standby passengers. We arrived in Christchurch seperately and WAY later than planned. I rang Omega when I touched down. They were closing before my husbands flight was due to arrive. No problem, they collected me, changed the rental agreement to include me as a driver and off I went in the rental car to wait for my husbands flight to arrive! All of this 2 days before Christmas!

Fast and easy with fast shuttle bus to airport. No hidden cost. Will definitely use Omega again

My experience was average. The car felt somewhat 'old,' as it had a mileage of around 45,000 km. Having rented cars in over 15 companies in different countries, this was the first time I was asked to clear the garbage I had left in the back seats (just some unfinished plastic water bottles, some small boxes, etc.) when returning the car. While I understand the importance of keeping the car clean, this level of scrutiny felt unusual compared to my previous car rental experiences. The shuttle bus service was OK.

Service van to collect from Qtown airport VERY prompt. Staff in Christchurch VERY friendly and efficient. great prices thank you. and nice wee car... clean and in reasonable repair again thank you.

Did online booking of (booked aqua payment was done on pick up). This was the cheapest option available for Christmas break. Pick and drop of car was very easy. The car was pretty old and had lots of marks and patches inside and was driven more than 200 K. The rating is primarily for ease of process and pick and drop facilities to and from airport.

The car went well pick up and return to the airport was efficent staff where friendly. The car itself needed some work the radio didn't work so the usd port for our gps didn't work but other than that all went well.
