Car was ready Easy pick up from airport 🛫 staff was ok could be more happy other then that all good.

The young guy who drives the shuttle van was great on both trips, the managers attitude and way he treats customers is very wrong

Pick up and drop off to airport was convenient. Price of course was great for the rental. Check in and drop off was friendly and quick.

When I arrived to the airport after hrs vehicle pickup I had to find a taxi to the car Unknowingly I was about to be scammed 35 dollars for a 2 km trip I don’t see why the car couldn’t have been left for me at the airport as with other times I have traveled in the same situation Then when I noticed the paper work on the drivers seat stated the insurance excess hasn’t been removed which I was certain I had set up the policy to allow for no excess in case of a claim Finally the car was a horrible budget vehicle which was unpleasant and unsafe to use on NZ roads I am 175cms and could not put the seat back far enough to be comfortable Fortunately I was on my own and it didn’t ruin my trip But I won’t forget the experience!

The car was too big, and smelled too new. We could not fit the car into small country-town parking spaces. And please air them properly before giving new cars to customers.
