An excellent service and very welcoming!

Great car rental, super easy location of both car depots in Wellington. We picked up the car in the city, as this was super convenient along a bus route. Then dropped off the car at the airport depot and got a lift by the staff to the domestic terminal!! The car was great, modern and good quality. We chose to the the super insurance cover for $30 per day, and that made it easy. We returned the car in a very dirty stage as this was parked outside under a cherry tree and as a result it was covered in so many bird droppings and cherries. Great car rental, we will use them again.

Value for money was great, car was in good condition with the expected chips and bumps on a car it's age. The staff at pickup were polite and helpful although we were given some incorrect drop off information, which had I not checked, could've resulted in some anxious times early in the morning at the airport.

Never gonna rent from them again. 1 star for the car working. 1 star for the car surviving till the end of the trip. But otherwise the car isn’t in good condition and the service from the staff wasn’t great either. Better off paying a little extra with some other rental companies.
