I regret shopping with you. I bought a shirt which was too small, returned it and I have not heard from you since then. My £42 gone.

The quality of the fabric and fitting was excellent. Happy with the prompt coordination and swift shipping. I live in Canada and I receive the item with a week of placing the order which is not bad

The shirts are a neat fit even within the same style one was smaller than the other. Lovely fitted shirts though
No quality control
My arms are a bit longer, so I always go into the shop when I’m testing a new retailer. Also helpful to get the correct collar fit. I then usually have to order online as most retailers don’t tend to stock the extra long sleeves. I purchased 4 shirts (2 white, 2 blue). The shirts are individually of quite good quality, hence 2 stars. However, this is where my experience sours and why I will not be purchasing shirts from H&C again. My shirts arrived in good time. Having already been to the shop to make sure the collar sizing was correct, I quickly washed the shirts to be ready to wear them to work. The first shirt, a white one, fit well around the collar. A bit loose as I like to be comfortable wearing my shirts at work. I wore one of the blue shirts next. It felt extra loose all day, to the point where I was questioning whether my neck had shrunk. I got home and tried on the white shirt again and it fit well. I then measured the collars of both shirts and the blue one was half a size larger. I tried to get a resolution from H&C and this was the response I got: “Unfortunately, we are unable to proceed with a refund or replacement as the item is not faulty due to production. This issue must have happened during washing, as advised by the Quality Team. I am sorry for this unfortunate inconvenience and I appreciate your understanding as this is a standard practice as per our Policy.” It would appear they are now using their policy of not using/wearing the garment to absolve themselves of liability for a lack of quality control and consistency. They are somehow claiming that in the process of preparing the clothes to be worn (washing the clothes), I have enlarged them. I am however unsure how laundering clothes can make them larger, but I guess I don’t own a clothes business, so I probably haven’t got to that part yet. You’ll probably have a better experience with them than I did, but I would not trust their sizing. Make sure you get a measuring tape and confirm the sizing is as claimed before doing anything else. If not, they will likely claim any issue with the garment is your fault. I considered taking it further, but a review to help someone else was a better use of my time. All the best.
