Appalling customer service from general staff to head of customer service. Placed a sizeable order which due to online issues went through twice (the one that went through with incorrect details). Called and emailed within a minute to correct but despite that goods dispatched. This was despite explaining and sending emails before goods dispatched but they were not prepared to listen. Was recommended by someone due to their customer service but far from it. Be careful. Will take business elsewhere to their competitors who offer a better service.

I did not purchase. I checked , and even if a zip or seam becomes faulty , on trousers,after wearing they will not accept responsibility. Absolutely no returns if the trousers have been shortened - even if by H&C. After a discussion, they said they would CONSIDER if the fault appears within 28 days, and THEY did the shortening. Too many hoops and hurdles- and ALL of their trousers are “unfinished”, so ALL require shortening

I never received the items and it took weeks to receive a reply from the logistics company. In the end the company offered a refund or resend the items but by now some are not available anymore... What a waste of my time...

Purchased a suit online, when arrived colour was nothing like shown online, huge difference in colour, yet it took a week for an agreement for me to return it and then 10 days to receive a refund, considering a lot of money is taken off you and the product is misrepresented, the whole returns process is extremely poor

Bought online. The quality of the shirt is exceptional and the service was very good. I am not sure if I would go up a size as it is very snug however I have received some very good comments.
