please avoid this company at all costs…

please avoid this company at all costs - they are impossible to contact and deal with. We inherited them as a business electric contract on our cafe - they bill you incorrectly and in advance and you have absolutely no way of disputing anything with them as you cannot get through to their call centres and are on hold for up to an hour each time. When the contract finally ended they carried on billing us and then tried using a debt collection agency to recover the amount which wasn't due or even accurate. This was after acknowledging the credit they should have made - they couldn't manage to install smart meters either - totally unprofessional, unhelpful and disreputable.

Stay clear

If zero stars was an option, that’s what I’d give. Clear Business have wrongly identified me as the owner of a water account, for 2 years I have been trying to get my name off the account. Customer service is absolutely shocking. Departments all blaming each other and nobody willing to take responsibility. Now receiving letters saying they are reporting me to credit agencies and when I called the number in the letter they said they can’t do anything. Unbelievably frustrating. STAY CLEAR OF CLEAR BUSINESS.

Energy and phone account review

George Masson called to review our business Energy account. after explaining things so well it became apparent we could change our telephone too saving the business money at such a crucial time. We also later set up accounts for another charity business I run for energy and phone too. The whole process was challenging but was made easy by George being so patient as we worked through it. Great job.

We had a call from Jamal Awan today with whom we have spoken before. He was very helpful about upgrading our existing telecomms package, and explained everything very clearly. Would definitely recommend. Great to speak with UK-based support.
