USELESS COMPANY NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE

This company have the worst customer service I have ever experienced, I was talked into opening 3 mobile phone contracts with them 3 years ago I've had nothing but problems since! This company constantly put blocks on the sim card causing the phones to either have no data or be unable to receive text messages, when I call to rectify this and ask why it keeps happening I just get fobbed off saying they're unsure even though they admit the bill limits have not been exceeded etc. I have still been expected to pay the monthly charge of the contracts even when for part of the month i've been left with phones that do not work. These problems wouldn't be as bad if it weren't for the fact they are business phones and it takes hours out of my working day also to try calling the tech team (I can be left on hold for half an hour when calling), each time I have called they will read me a speech of what to do 'turn the phone on and off if it doesn't work call back tomorrow', as expected it doesn't work and I call back to have to go through everything again as they don't seem to care to take any notes surrounding the previous phone calls, another waste of my time, they then tell me to do the same thing again. It has once taken me three weeks to have a problem resolved in which time one of my mobiles were left without sms and phone calls, I have never been so frustrated in my life with a company! I am now trying to leave the company, to take my current numbers over but yet again I am faced with problems and lies! I have request a PAC code for one of the phones three times, twice i've been told that if it doesn't come through as a message i should call back and will be given it over the phone, twice after this i've been told no we cant do that, so who's the liar? I've now been told the last resort will be to send me a new sim card (this will be the 3rd sim card i've had to have for this phone), so now i'm to wait for this to arrive just to get a PAC code so i'm able to leave this shambles of a company! DO NOT TOUCH THEM WITH A BARGE POLE!

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

We have a fault with phones, and trying to contact you is hard work! To tell us someone will contact us about it within 2 weeks is not acceptable! Companies need their phones working! Been on hold over 40 minutes on a mobile - emails take days to respond to! NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE - PEOPLE NEED TO BE ABLE TO CONTACT YOU EASIER!
