Without any pressure, he provided me with clear, well-informed guidance, which not only convinced me to continue my water contract but also led me to entrust him with my business’s phone, card machine, internet, and insurance services—all with confidence and enthusiasm. I truly wish that everyone could learn from Mr. Lee’s exemplary work ethic and dedication. He values customers, listens attentively to their concerns, and treats them with the utmost respect, even when they lack knowledge in certain areas. Previously, I was frustrated by my interactions with the company—many representatives were impatient, inattentive, or even rude. On multiple occasions, I waited on hold for over 30 minutes, only to have the call disconnected without any follow-up. However, today, Mr. Lee went above and beyond by promptly calling me back twice after an unexpected disconnection, ensuring that all my concerns were addressed. Avoid clear business at all costs!
Avoid Clear Business at all costs! Absolutely awful experience that continues on! Switched telecoms & broadband away from them last year which was dreadful experience and have been trying to switch electricity since December as our contract was ending in January - Clear Business have been objecting the switch since and giving no explanation as to why, in the mean time they go out of their way to avoid dealing with us and are charging through the roof as we are out of contract- they do not reply to emails and if you call they leave you on hold for around an hour at a time (many times), and even yesterday - two hours wasted as I was ended up being cut off (not the first times) after being put on hold for ages, not once but twice by agents who just did not want to do the work to be helpful and work with us to resolve this. They are unprofessional and incompetent - they only want your money. I hate to think of anyone vulnerable having to deal with such a company and its agents who have absolutely no duty of care for it's customers.

All great until it goes wrong and then…
All great until it goes wrong and then heaven help you. It takes forever to get connected to faults (after selecting many options) and then they don't call you back. I've tried to leave but am locked in by contract. Who knows why they want to keep such an unhappy customer. I shall be going down the Oftel route.
