Monica’s customer service is excellent

So I bought an Evony drone which looked great but I have always been a DJI fan so I changed my mind once it arrived. Monica was excellent in helping me with the returns form and instructions to return. I will definitely be buying from Tech Shack in the future.

Fabulous customer service

So I ordered some Mifo earbuds to use with my Garmin watch ans they were quickly delivered. I tried them out and they kept cutting out. I spoke to Hannah and Monika who were very helpful and sent a replacement very quickly. It turns our that these earbuds are not compatible with the model of watch I have. Fabulous customer service throughout and would I recommend Tech Shack..... absolutely I would! Great small business. it's just such a shame that some of the larger businesses do not provide this type of first class service!

Very Impressed with their Customer Service

I originally gave TechShack a 1 star review because I found out that they were selling Covatar (formerly Renovo, formerly DryEase) dehumidifiers - which I had a very bad experience with. They reached out to me to discuss my experience, and I must confess, Tech Shack do appear to be a genuine and respectable company. Monica states they've had very few dehumidifiers returns, but they are a small family run business who's reputation is very important to them, they're British based, and comply with all UK Consumer Laws. She explained that all customers get a 14 day grace period where they have the right to a hassle free refund without providing a reason. Additionally, they have a total of 30 days to return a product to Tech Shack's UK distribution centre for a refund if the product is faulty, not as described or if the customer changes their mind. I'm actually really impressed with Tech Shack's customer service, and I'm confident that if anyone did experience an issue with a dehumidifier (or indeed any other Tech purchased via them) they would treat the customer fairly.

Purchased wireless ears buds

I ordered a pair of wireless ears buds. Delivery was slightly longer than expected, as I thought it was 7-10 days from ordering not from dispatch, however on receiving goods, I couldn't be happier. Product exactly as described, excellent quality, and at a good price from tech Shack.

Eony air plus drone

I bought the Eony air plus drone from tech shack delivery was within a week so very fast the Drones on offer are very reasonable and work brilliantly the eonvy I bought is very easy to fly and I had it up in 25mph winds no problem at all the video and picture quality is excellent. I spoke to Monika over the phone who was extremely helpful as I had a query she couldn't do enough to help me and sorted everything out will certainly be doing business with them again

What a wonderful company. I cannot recommend TechShack highly enough. The service I received was simply amazing. I purchased a baby monitor with one…

I purchased a baby monitor with one camera and decided to purchase another camera a replacement one was sent in error and had to return both for one with two cameras. Monica delt with this with no problems at all which I can only glass as exception customer service. I would recommend this company because of Monica and hopefully purchase from again A****
