Jeremy came in this morning to replace some tiles in my kitchen and it looks great. He is very knowledgeable and gave me some much needed info on the state of the tiles. He also took a quick look at my bedroom area and gave me an idea as to what I should expect in removing my carpet for tile. All in all a very positive experience.

Price was great, product was great and installation went well. As our installation was done without our direct supervision, a little more communication during construction would be appreciated. Otherwise top notch.

The actual carpet and tiling was great; it was the grout that I wasn’t happy at all with. I had chosen a darker colour to accent the tile I chose and was told after it was applied that it lightens several shades: why was I not informed of that when I chose the grout, esp when I stated then that I wanted a dark color to match the rocks? They said they’d seal it but....that’s not going to make the difference. Since I’ve complained about it, I’ve heard nothing more at all from the company.

Great local business with friendly and knowledgeable advice. No pressure sales but they go above and beyond to help you make the right decision in choosing your flooring. The installers were great as well. Highly recommended.

Timely work, after a nice reception at the store it didn’t take long to get measured up and carpet installed. In and out by lunchtime.

We were incredibly pleased with Norm's carpet laying expertise! He took a challenging situation, in joining existing carpets from two separate rooms - once a wall was removed - and pieced in a remnant that had been saved, previously. We are very impressed with the outcome - you can't even tell a section of carpet has been added!!

We had Chilliwack Carpet One help us with deciding on our new tile for our kitchen. Shanna was excellent from helping us make the right decision on the style of the tile and the total staff was excellent from the front office team to the installer. Don & Loretta
