Found Regal Floors online after searching for a specific tile, which they carried at a competitive price, so we chose to place a large order for our remodel. We ended up regretting this decision. Placing the order, customer service was adequate, but once the money changed hands, things went downhill and never recovered. The order was late, despite multiple calls reassuring us the order would arrive within the stated time frame. Tracking information was nonexistent, though it was promised multiple times on the phone. Delivery coordination required us to call the shipping company, this was not arranged by Regal. The shipping company had excellent customer service & that part of the process was a breeze. Tile in the order was damaged, as can happen during shipping, but despite statements claiming the replacement would be rushed, it took multiple emails to generate an actual response, vs the typical boilerplate email a computer sends back. The replacement tile was also late. I would not recommend doing business with Regal Floor Coverings, during the transaction the theme was to over-promise and under-deliver, unfortunately.

I spent two weeks waiting for a flooring company to come back to me with a quote in a specific flooring I was looking for. Then, they came back saying they couldn’t get it for me. I made a call to Regal and not only did they have the flooring, they had my order quoted and placed within probably 3 hours. Thanks for your help!
