Verdict still out. So far so good. Waiting for order. Hope in comes within 10 business days as advertised on the phone but not promised in contract. There were two items on the website that were $80 down from $90. They would not sell them to me for $80 despite the website price and a huge order I was placing. This was confusing. I stopped fighting it and they offered them at $85. I did buy a lot of wood flooring. I placed a large order and regret not inquiring about a quantity discount. The service I received on the phone was good.

So refreshing to deal with customer service that was so friendly and went out of there way to help will definitely recommend thank you everyone.

Great price and customer service.

Order was shipped to wrong location, customer service they would try to correct and get in touch with me. Haven't heard from them in more than a week.

Regal Floors is a drop shipping company and they take no responsibility for your order once you've signed their sales contract (make sure to read this carefully and you'll understand what I'm talking about). There's nothing illegal or inherently wrong about what Regal Floors is doing, but you should know that their "delivery estimates" can be severely inaccurate and they will do very little to help resolve shipping delays. I finally got a tracking number after 10 business days and was able to get a professional, conservative estimate from the freight company that totals 12-15 business days. Bottom line: Regal Floors has good prices, but order well in advance of when you need the materials and be prepared to do some proactive work to be sure your order gets to you. Advice to Regal: Train your sales associates to set realistic expectations about delivery. I totally understand your contract says 7-10 business days, so your sales associates should not be saying misleading things like: "this particular vendor never takes longer than 5 business days" or "this order will be at your house by Friday at the very latest." I still would have ordered from y'all if your team had said: "we honestly have zero control of the shipping process, but most of our orders are delivered between 7-10 business days."
