Very good customer service. Some of my trim pieces did not match very well and after sending them a picture of the trim compared with the flooring, I was sent new pieces that matched.

I'm frustrated that the flooring has separated on the ends after installing. Although installed by a professional, the vinyl tiles just don't seem to click together firmly enough to stay. I'm going to end up replacing the entire floor!
