It would of been five stars but had a small problem, couldn’t mark delivery as checked &ok as each one was in cardboard & it happened to be the last one that was broken no big deal but as laying out the tiles to find best layout one tile had popped air bubbles on the face, contacted the company only to find out that they couldn’t replace due to only two tiles, they offered me £25 but to me I would be out two tiles so they said if I bought another three tiles they would not charge the £85 delivery which reluctantly I did I find if you have broken tiles & send photos to provide evidence of this to me the company should replace them with out delivery charge & not buying extra, Delivery time & customer service excellent, they just need to sort the way they resolve damaged tiles
