I ordered a remote control in July 2022. The remote stopped working recently. I have had a long email correspondence with Remote Control World. They asked me to do some checks, which confirms that it is indeed defective. At the end of the long process, Remote Control World sent me a free replacement, AND refunded what I originally paid for the product; as a compensation for my trouble. This is excellent customer service. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because it took a few too many emails to get to this conclusion.
