Brilliant, fast delivery excellent quality made a kids birthday amazing!

Fantastic scooter, came really quickly.

Did purchase a Techtron Elite 3500 last week(from the Techtron website) and it came faulty(no power/not charching), asked for an exchange or a refund, I have been asked several things like a video, pictures that I have promptly provided. The customer service is being vague at best and I had to keep chase them every day(mail, phone, instagram) with no favorable output.

I like to take this opportunity to thank you for a fantastic service the scouter is fantastic my son love's it.

Didn’t have my item in stock but took my money. Getting it back off them isn’t easy. Was told they refunded the same day 9 days later nothing then find out it wasn’t done. Now don’t reply to email
