A number of error states with order

Shipping infor was incorrect, did not arrive in the 48hr delivery window (even during business hours), had to contact customer services to chase up shipment status to be told they would get back to me in 2 days. Had to sternly decline that offer and ask for immediate follow. When item did arrive, there where some scratches on the fram from impact damage, the rear mudguard bolts had been cross threaded. Upon full setup I activated the unit which immediately produced error 16 'motor hall anomaly' and scooter would not switch off but only flash. Also seemed to appear in the app. Scooter eventually reset itself and now works however, there has been 2 occasions where error 16 has appeared again. Nice scooter when it works. Comes with nice phone holder and app seems to work really well with the scooter (android). Mixed experience from this company their customer service and service departments aren't to quick to respond to questions. I raised the error code 16 issue last week and still had no reply to date.

I recently bought the pro 3500

I recently bought the pro 3500. A great scooter for its price. The best feature I must say is the cruise control which you can access through the app. The app is also really helpful and not buggy. The downside of the scooter are the brakes very squeaky but with a few adjustments that can be fixed also you can’t have a comfortable ride on many surfaces as the tires are puncture proof but does the job for me.

Not happy at all!!!!!

I’ve bought two scooters in the last 2week, they arrived in bad condition due to bad workmanship, they arrived scratched, full of marks, the rubber on the board is lifting off, the running board isn’t symmetrical its wonky, the wiring is to thin, it won’t last long it’s rubbish, handle bars on one of them the are badly stripped at the stem so is unsafe to drive, on the other one the wheel wobbles really badly has been put on wrong or isn’t sat in flush, suspension on both scooters don’t work as they’ve been over tightened and now don’t budge, I’ve emailed the company twice with pictures attached and they’ve completely ignored me, I’m very unhappy with this, I don’t have money to waste so I expect a good service, these are horrendous

Disappointing experience

I have used the item for 2 days and it only has 17.5 km on it... I am disappointed yo say the least... the scooter suddenly starts slowing down and is not responsive to the app even if it’s on S. I lost 40% battery life going less than 3 miles while using it on eco... i received it with scratches on the interior of the rims but I ignored it. And then i realise that the whole hand bar is loose and wobbles and no way to tighten it. It charges quickly but the battery runs out even quicker in the smooth streets of london and the scooter slows down or speeds up randomly despite the commands on the app. And what’s most disappointing is that when I read the return policy I find out that you can’t return if it was simply USED (so not even a test drive). I do not recommend and I am absolutely disappointed.

Techtron e scooter

I am extremely pleased with the company and was very impressed with the delivery I wasn’t in when it came so I rearranged for another day was very simple to do and it was great that you can track live of the day of delivery. The e scooter is absolutely amazing it has good battery life and lasts a good few days and I travel a lot around my town a lot and to and from school simple to use and it’s awesome that you can down load the app and is it off that I loved it came with a cup holder and phone holder but was very disappointed that the phone holder didn’t seem to stay still and ended up coming off when I was riding but over all absolutely amazing I would highly recommend.

STAY AWAY!!

Ordered 2 scooters, two weeks ago and still not arrived. Was provided tracking numbers for both orders, both showed as invalid. Which ever number you call they cannot help you unless you have WhatsApp? Nobody will talk to you on the phone. This company gives you the impression they are in the UK, but they are not. Stay away from this company.
