Scooter is decent but battery dies after 2 miles, tried emailing them but nothing in return, scooter battery is definitely faulty as it states 25km distance which it doesn't do on a full charge

Hi first look was okay. Only the phone holder was missing. I sent an email to ask for it but no one replied. The scooter is good on flat surface but it is really bad at climbing hill even small ones.

Ordered the scooter for my grandson very helpful… Unfortunately had to cancel which I did on the same day all fine, sent an email in regards to money being refunded which they said can take up to 3/5 working days which again I understood so sent two more emails asking for refund they replied unforeseen circumstances will have to wait longer, totally unacceptable… It’s now two weeks in still no refund will never buy from this company again Very Very unsatisfied customer. The delivery was so quick I was amazed!

the scooter feels good quality didn't like the solid wheels at first but will get used to them and punctures can be a pain, so great to not have flats.buyers be aware of cruise control turn off. before you use can be dangerous and keep the speed setting low at first the rear break is excellent.

It arrived in great time. A bit heavier than expected but easy to assemble.
