Would have been better if you had delivered the order in full before going bust!

Buying the bed was great but delivery and installation aweful. I was told it would be delivered anytime on a certain week. When i was given a day on that week it would cost me to move it. Never known a company with a delivery week slot. Crazy. Then when they made the bedin my new loft room they left nail holes in the new real woods floor. They had used my new floor as a work station and just nailed straight into it. Aweful experience.

Really inpressed. The drawer on our bed broke after having it a couple of years and Warren Evans came out to fix it quickly, hassle free and efficiently. Great service!

sales people were great. bed was too big to get upstairs so we had to reorder a different bed that came in two sections

after being shown to the mattress's we had asked for, the assistant left us alone to try every mattress over again. No sales pressure .
