Good and bad
Fibre is good and fast but the wifi signal from router to connected devices is poor
Well Done
Excellent at responding if there is a problem and sorting it very quickly

A great internet provider
They have been incredibly helpful and accommodating at every point. I could not recommend them enough currently as they seem to always ensure that any issues I have faced when it comes to my connection be resolved quickly and efficiently while also having great customer service. The internet itself has also given me no issues and has been fast and incredibly affordable in comparison to other companies.
Great service
Great service. No drop out problems, with the parental control l can control the amount of time my kids can access the Internet. Reasonably priced. Much better value than Sky or BT.
Very good once connected Overlap with your old supplier
Very good once connected. Good customer service. Overlap your old service though in case the installation takes a week or two.
Fantastic service
Fantastic service, polite, quick & explained what I needed to know. Couldn't have asked for a better service. Also the broadband is super fast and I've had no issues at all. Thank you WightFibre

Customer service was an absolute shambles
We were due to get fibre installed AM on the 27th of Nov but the engineer didn't turn up until 1240. My partner was informed that by law she had to be there during the installation and unfortunately we had to cancel due to her having errands to run that afternoon. That's not the reason for the one star review. These things happen. The engineer informed her we shouldn't have been given an AM time slot as his first job of the day had an indefinite end time so couldn't guarantee he'd arrived on time. He told my partner someone would phone me to rearrange the new installation date. This is where the problems start. I received no phone call but I did receive an email informing me that the new date was the 20th of November. 7 days before the original date... I phoned Wight fibre and explained the situation and again was told someone would phone me. I received no phone call but received a new email informing me the installation would now be the 20th of December. I phoned again to see if we could get an earlier date because this date didn't work for me and to be fair it was wight fibres original error that caused the issue and was again told someone would be in touch. I received no phone call but got another email saying the new date would be the 20th of November. Now 9 days before the original date. At this point I decided I didn't really want to deal with wight fibre any more so I emailed and asked for the contract to be cancelled. I received an email in return saying it would be cancelled but it was only after i chased them up that they confirmed they had indeed cancelled the contract. I feel you shouldn't have to chase up something as important as a cancel confirmation but I should have expected it after receiving two dates in the past I guess. Good luck if you have to deal with the operator i had because you'll probably need to become a time traveller.
