Wightfibre internet

Signing for Wightfibre was easy , any questions answered straight away, always polite. We had 2 guys come and sort our internet, tidy and polite , explaining everything they were doing. All sorted in the time said. Best internet connection we have ever had.

Fantastic!

We arranged for the engineer to attend our new home and they hit a problem with groundworks and needed to come back. As both of us work from home not having internet would have been a disaster. Wightfibre delivered a temporary solution the next day which worked perfectly. They then returned and installed the permanent broadband. We have lots of devices on at home and the speed of broadband is fantastic. Our experience has been amazing with both customer service and the broadband itself. Highly recommend!

Excellent customer care

First and foremost, the reason I gave 5 stars was because of the excellent customer care. They are reached within seconds, local staff, local accent. Nothing seems to be too trouble. All services should take notice and try to emulate.. onto the service itself. Fibre isn't as fast I thought it would be, but its doing what i want.. Tried the Netgem TV but cancelled it in the first month, not a great deal there for me, maybe for other's it will be... Unfortunately, it's still a bit too expensive for me and I will be looking around for a better deal.

Very efficient installation, and good service

After waiting for 3 months for the installation, due to the cable not being properly installed in the street, it went very well. The young man worked quickly and efficiently. I do have one niggle however. I stream most of the programs on TV, and still get buffering, which is somewhat annoying. However I have had no problems with the landline, which works very well.

Fantastic service from the initial phone call to the installation. Well done .
