Good connection in rural location.
In my rural location with BT offering only copper cable connections using WightFibre was a no-brainer. Connection speeds and customer service are good. However, we still have an ongoing problem with our landline which is also with WightFibre hence the drop of one star. ...................... Following this review I was soon contacted by WightFibre to discuss a solution to the landline problem. So top marks for service. Thanks.

I was approached by the company to switch broadband provider, decided to move and was duly accepted, filled in forms for connection grants and was given a connection date. The day came and 2 Wightfibre guys turned up and said that there was a problem with the connection box situated in the roadway, they couldn’t do the job that day. They measured out the distance to the side of the house where the connection box would be sited. I then received another email confirming the new date, then I received another the same day saying Wightfibre would not be able to connect me because their installation teams couldn’t because we lived to far from the roadside! But, as a sweetener we could dig the installation trench ourselves and they would supply the materials! Two Seventy five + pensioners digging trenches, as if they wasn’t bad enough Emails from us asking for reasons, advice, a site visit have been ignored. It seems only those with kerbside homes are eligible. Just appalling, left absolutely disgusted. NEWS It’s 7 days since the Wightfibre post still no contact. UPDATE. WIGHTFIBRE HAVE FOUND A SATISFACTORY SOLUTION. Thanks

Service is fast. When you call customer support you get a real person and if they can’t immediately solve the issue they say they will call back and they do! Personally I have experienced nothing but excellent customer service from the Wight Fibre team.
Great service, reliable speed
Installation was fast and clean, broadband speed was up and running straight away giving us the service we wanted immediately. We’ve always had trouble with getting good speed due to the area we live in but Wightfibre delivered.
