Connection a nightmare promises not fulfilled . Just had a reply stating no record of any issues . Had two site meetings and agreements of what works to be done by WightFibre on our road with our neighbours.after several emails to them we found out works will not be done and we had to do it ourselves . Very negative and poor service and left with no phone line or broadband for five months as we was promised works to be started within a week of our disconnection

Most things are fine, but with the system switched off by accident it was quite a time getting up and running again. Also the was an outage this week, it would have been nice to have been notified

Excellent customer service , polite staff extremely helpful, has some initial problems, sorted and at moment running Ok. Probably better going for the faster download speed but it’s expensive.

I have been very impressed with Wightfibre so far. From first contact, the sevice has been fantastic. When I did have a problem, an engineer arrived within 2 hours and had the problem fixed very quickly. Nothing whatsoever to complain about.

After waiting over 2 years to finally get connected, the connection was disappointingly poor!!ly
Customer service is very good however its taken a long time and an additional subscription to achieve the coverage and connectivity i was expecting from day 1. The disruption to the residents living in the road was inconvenient, messy, disruptive, long (3 seperate contractors) and poorly done (damage to the road in front of my drive that took nearly 4 months to rectify!) There are limited options for a smaller subscription unless your on benefits! All i wanted was a clear connection with reasonable coverage, i dont need to stream and have 100's of upload/download capacity, being able to open emails and wifi call is all i need. I had to continually reconnect to WiFi because apparently being in the next room from the hub was affected by the thick walls? I live in a 1960's bungalow not a castle! Anyway ive had to pay for a booster, hopefully i will have the coverage im paying for now? 🙏
