Great price , Great customer service.

I’ve been eyeing this bed for a couple of years now. I finally decided to make the investment and purchase it, choosing the “dawn” color. Based on the pictures, I should have received a soft brown color. The pictures are consistent across all sites that sell this bed. Instead I was met with the horrible shade and look of orange wood of the 90s!! I immediately felt like a discarded coffee table from the thrift store was in front of my face. I absolutely hate it beyond words. Now I’m stuck with this monstrosity and I’m out $2,300. I will NEVER buy furniture online again. This was a nightmare experience.

Our order was supposed to deliver in April, it is now end of May and still no rug. When calling I was told the item was oversold and should’ve been listed as sold out and the shipment would go out with the next round of inventory in late June but if you looked at the item on their website, it says it delivers in 1-2 weeks which is before we’ll get our item that was ordered in February if we order today. So that’s either a lie to future customers or they’re fulfilling new orders before prior order.

Recently purchased a John Richard chandelier, a desk, and a bed from them. The shipping has taken sometime but the team has been helpful in providing updates and managing my order. Customer service has been great and I’m happy I was able to find such unique pieces all in once place!
