I purchased a complete Hooker Serenity bedroom set and paid over $8,000.00. My nightstands came damaged and they would NOT replace them...they want to send someone out to TRY and fix them. Terrible customer service. They should have never packaged the nightstands and shipped. The delivery guy told me Greyson does this often and has many unhappy customers. It's been over a month and still nothing. Do NOT purchase from Greyson.

Poor service

My furniture was damaged when delivered!!! It took months before I got my desk and chair. I paid for white glove delivery so I felt bad about rejecting a chair but the delivery man said the desk was so damaged he took it back. I should have sent both back. The company makes you file a claim when they send damaged furniture and the delivery company refused to even deliver it. I still haven't herad from them after numerous calls. They said it would be 3 days. It is 2 weeks.

The dining table took ages to arrive…

The dining table took ages to arrive at warehouse and then top was broken. I ordered in May and the replacement won’t arrive til mid August

I was told before I bought my maitland…

I was told before I bought my maitland chair, that I cannot use visa card only debit. I finally paid with visa when talked to three people. Also if order has been place and paid for, then why did it take so long to find out if payment was received. ANOTHER thing why, if item is in stock does it take 3 wks to get order! THE ORDER per your company did not record when order was placed. Incorrect date. NEVER received conformation for order.

Delivery timelines

When ordering furniture, I prefer to see a realistic delivery expectation. It was only after I placed the order -- the next day -- I received an email that the order would not be processed for two weeks and then delivered in another 2 or more weeks. I really love the piece, but I do not know if I would have ordered it if it was clear it might take 4-6 weeks. Most sites will say available for immediate shipping or will give a specific date. I could not tell at the time I placed the order that it might not be immediately available. I am excited about the piece and hope it can be delivered in a reasonable timeframe. Thank you!
