GRAYSON DELIVERS ON THEIR PROMISE

I placed a bid online for a piece of furniture I have been looking at for 3 years. The response to the bid was immediate. The customer service rep assigned to me (Nelli) was very professional and pleasant and worked extremely hard to get me as close to my budget as possible. I appreciate all her efforts and coordination with management who also accommodated my requests and concerns. GRAYSON FURNITURE absolutely delivered on their promise of treating their customer with respect, honoring available price matching and doing their best for every customer. I was very intimidated to look into a furniture shop in Beverly Hills .. I am from the Inland Empire. But i felt that I was treated like one of the locals — with dignity and respect. Thank you Nelli and Daniel!!!!

I like the website and product offerings. I didn't like that I got all these emails that said 10% or 15% off then the codes didn't work.

Personalized customer service!! Nellie was fantastic. She took my initial call and then called me back later that day with answers and solutions to my inquiry. The Shipping department also was above and beyond finding a needed item to include in my order.

I only gave 3 stars because when I called to place my order I was on hold for over 10 minutes for three separate attempts. One time I waited and was told the call was being dropped for whatever reason the robot said. I finally was able to place my order with someone online through a message who asked for My phone number and called me back. Seems like you’re very understaffed. You almost lost my sale. Otherwise my last order was a stunning/expensive coffee free table. You do have great products at reasonable pricing
