We insure all our international orders and the small fee they charge gives us peace of mind that it will be covered if lost. Much more reliable than USPS insurance. Highly recommended.

Easy

As a business owner, I never depend upon shipper insurance offerings for my packages. I use ShipSurance because they are easy to deal with, with any claim. I have never experienced any issues when needing to recover loss of packages. The funds are recouped quickly and the staff are friendly and fast.

False Payments

Horrible Experience. My claim literally said “"Processed & Paid". However, it was false and they didn’t pay. Reply: I confirmed it was not paid. Tracking 9400109205568438226970
