Trust this company. They are honest, make every effort to process the claim quickly. Why would anyone buy USPS insurance and denied on each claim! I highly recommend Shipsurance. Avid supporter.

Rare positive experience

Reaching out to the representative was the most positive experience I have had from a company in a long time. The company was responsive and, despite not covering the cost of shipping a replacement item to my buyer, paid nearly every bit of the cost to replace the item insured.

I had ship this one kind and rare frosted glass oil lamp with a very rare lamp shade very large. we had pancaked very careful and with extra care but when arrived it was broke, I was very happy how easy and quick Shipsurance was able to resolve the issue. thank you

two fragile pottery items

I shipped two fragile handmade pottery pieces to UK from US via USPS. Although they were well packed, both items were quite damaged enroute. I received an echeck within a week of filing my claim. It was an easy, concise form to complete and took a relatively short time to file and receive payment

I use Shipsurance for all my shipments. I have had a handful of lost packages over the years and they were always paid out in a timely manner. I would recommend them any day!
