Delivery and installation questionable.

The process started downhill when the delivery crew called 15 minutes before arriving. They apologized saying they were under the impression that Glyde had informed us of when they were arriving. These 2 newbies had very little clue what they were doing as one admitted this was the first 2 story house he had worked on. We're told the HOA had approved our installation and found out the day the installers arrived they hadn't and wanted my wife to sign a waiver of the HOA approval due to their error. A mad scramble to get paperwork ourselves to the HOA, and wasn't approved until almost a week after install. Installers came the next day and made a run up our garage through the roof a jog, and then up our side of our house and another hole through the lip of our roof. This could have been a single run and not 2. Came home to find piles of trash and materials left by the street side of our garage and bits of wire all over the ground. Had to complain about this and was finally told the delivery company was supposed to come within 48 hours to pick all this up. Nope.a week later they finally came. Inspection from the city was missed due to the crew not leaving the permit or showing up on site, So now they have to reschedule another time for the inspector to come out. We.were adaminite about having critter guards installed and they still aren't up saying the delay was due to inspecting under the panels which now delayed due to them missing this inspection they setup. I'm hoping that the rest of the process is better. At this point we're so frustrated and have spent hours on emails and calls I'd love to rip the thing down if it weren't for the contract we're too far into and the repairs to our roof and siding that would have to be done. Not happy. Please groom your local installers better, they make you look horrible.

I complained about your roofing company…

I complained about your roofing company when they were here and I complained about your roofing company when they left now after my first major rainfall my roof is leaking and I’d like to know what you were going to do about it because you combined my new roof with your solar panels in one payment and when I complained about them when they were here you ignored me so let’s see where we go from here I’m assuming I’m attorney will be next

Well first off I’m still definitely burning my money paying electric in an apartment so I’m not here to say how amazing my system is , but I sure will tell you that I personally have worked with not only the owners , leadership , and staff but more so had the opportunity to watch . To watch that it was no longer about a quick sale or making money it was genuinely helping people . I have been in sales 15 years and the culture , positive energy and the integrity this company holds there is nothing like it . When it comes to Glyde definitely 5 star service and do what they say ! DO NOT trust this company!!!

DO NOT trust this company!!!! We had a scheduled appointment with our Sales Rep and he failed to show. When we called to cancel our order of solar panels due to the insanely high price quoted to us (double the national average for solar), he assured us he would send us the cancelation email, but did not. We requested it again from him and were ignored. We sent cancelation emails to Glyde and also called and requested they contact our sales rep and again were ignored. I have called again twice and cannot speak to any Glyde individual. This seems extremely shady and deceptive. I would NOT trust this company!

Reggie is our Glyde Solar…

Reggie is our Glyde Solar representative. From the day we met, he is helpful in every way. He patiently leads us through all the steps there are. Whenever we have questions, he can answer them in a way that makes sense to the homeowners who might is not so knowledgeable about solar energy and procedures. We never felt pressured or rushed into anything, which makes it a pleasant project to transform and expand our energy sources. Reggie and all the other important employees who came out to actually install the unit, are all well knowledgeable and professional individuals, who respect the homeowners and their property. We can't wait to see our monthly electric savings. We shall report back in a few month with the results. Until then, Monika & Willie

Looking forward to my solar panels

I’ve always been the type to not answer when I get door to door people at my home, but for whatever reason I decided to give Jeryl the time of day but it was worth my time. I’ve been slightly considering solar because of the rates going up and Jeryl made it a no brainer to go solar. Very knowledgeable.

My husband and I met with multiple companies before deciding to move forward with Glyde. We liked that they didn't subcontract to third parties, and our rep was extremely professional and transparent about everything. Kiri has been incredible to work with, always quick to respond and thorough. Extremely happy.

Saving money with Solar

I have been approached by salespeople about solar panels multiple time. They always seemed to pushy. Didn't care about my concerns just wanted to get a sale. Jeryl came to my house and explained how much money he could save me and my family. He made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. He is very knowledgeable and would highly recommend him. I am excited to start saving money and also adding a great investment to my home.
