Great people, customer service is on point. Talked to a bunch of reps from other places they all seemed super sketchy and then this Glyde dude showed up, and long story short here I am 😂 Honest working dudes, and they care about the deal being as clear as possible. Also they have this referral program, 10/10 ask your Glyde rep about it!!

Just a warning, if you are looking for solar panels, do your research, ask every question you can and whatever you do, DO NOT buy them from gerardo gallegos jr. this guy is a fraud, a liar and will not come through on his “word” that he throws around like it means anything to him. I’m sure he’s a great guy but he is very unprofessional and really doesnt care once he has you signed in. I feel like i have been taken advantage of and just want to avoid anyone else getting left lied to on a weekly basis by this guy. I personally regret getting these panels and now i am stuck with them. I even reached out to Glyde from the card they gave me and got no response. Save yourself a headache and go with another company.

At first they were great returned all my phone calls got the solar installed quickly and from there it went downhill. My sales rep told me that my house and my shed/garage would be on the solar and when they came out to do the work they did not hook my shed/garage up to the solar. So the money I thought I was saving I’m not saving. He also told me if the power goes out during the day that I would have power as long as it’s daytime which is not true. Next they promised my daughter a referral fee for referring me and haven’t paid her. They told me the check would be mailed on December 14 never got it. I called him and he said he would Zelle her the money which sounded kind of weird. Never got the money. When I finally got hold of them after Christmas on January 7th he told me it would be another 30 days before I get a check. Well originally it was to be two weeks after he was funded. So at this point trying to get hold of supervisors no one has called me back. I’m not sure what to do next.

Skyler is very knowledgeable about the solar panels and thus was able to inform me about the process and how it would benefit me. He made me feel comfortable about the solar panels thus allowing me to be able to relay the information to my husband. I would definitely recommend him and the company to others.
