Prompt clean professional installation by all trades involved excellent job

The whole experience was a good one. GSL always easy to get hold of with any queries, all works done when agreed quickly and efficiently. Some confusion over the scaffolding as we had some panels on 2 different rooves, but adequately dealt with and only paid for the scaffolding for the main roof in the end. Would definitely recommend.

When our system was installed it all seemed to go well. The installers were efficient, tidy and informative. However, some time after installation we contacted GSL to enquire whether they had issued our MCS certificate, they informed us that they hadn’t because the wrong inverter had been installed for our system. Since then I have been unable to get a date when they plan to return to install the correct inverter. My ‘phone calls and emails go unanswered which is very disappointing. Additionally, the FoxESS app. which monitors the system seems to be very flaky. It has been ‘offline/off grid’ for days now and nothing I do with the app. rectifies the situation. The advice provided by GSL just seems to be what I found myself via an internet search. Finally, when our property was surveyed at the beginning of the process, we weren’t advised that, because the battery and inverter are outside, we would need, and the system would benefit from, a shelter to protect it from the weather at a cost of several 100s of pounds.

After the installers fitted my radiators there was some patching up work needed on my walls and ceilings and some missing tiles needed replacing. Kenny & Bailey did a great job putting everything back together again and nothing was too much trouble. Really pleased with their work and would recommend. Thankyou

JUST HAD NEW BOILER FITTED WE RECEIVED EXCELLENT SERVICE AND THE 2 YOUNG MEN LIAM & Danny were a pleasure to have I my house very polite and did a very tidy job of the installation.

Just had a Solar Survey carried out as we are looking at getting an installation. The solar surveyor, Matt C arrived when scheduled and was very friendly and efficient. He was thorough, went through some of the options and was able to answer all my questions. Many Thanks

Great job installing our Inverter , The Electrican work was clean and tidy with all rubbish removed and even vacuumed his workplace , can't fault his work, even installed the App required 👍.

Awaiting heating system and solar panel installation. So far the company has been very reliable and easy to communicate with. Surveyors have been knowledgeable and happy to answer my questions and the office staff have helped with arranging appointments to suit my work pattern. David the heating surveyor was friendly and thorough. Looking forward to the installation.
