The teams which came were all excellent and professional. The reason for the 4 star rating is the confusion in obtaining the correct battery and connectors for the system which led to several extra visits.

Great communication listened to all my inpit and made sure I was happy with everything they were going to do was keen to answer any questions I had. Would reccomend my tech today was Dave Joyce.

Very painful journey but got there in the end. Install date was moved, requested a call before installers came to make sure I was in but didn't get one. Full bill sent a few hours after issues were raised on a Friday evening with payment due the next day, Saturday (Never pay full until the full job is complete). Screws for the panels came through the side of the roof struts, wago clips used outside and told by installers it's fine, overflow pipe damaged, raised with isaac over email with photos who forgot some of the issues but after a lot of frustration eventually got him to fix things Warranty paperwork had the wrong name on, chased over email multiple times with no reply for weeks. They instantly replied when I got solar together involved that escalated the issue and then kept me updated, definitely shouldn't have to contact another company to get them to reply to emails

All went well and on time. Scaffold removed next day!!

Very pleased with the work carried out (18 solar panels, 6kw Inverter, 10kw Battery and EV charger). Up and running on the day of installation. Only one day to install the system. We then tested all devices for the next three days and everything was working fine. No snags. It’s February and the system is producing 75-80% of the electricity we use already. Wonderful.

06/02/ 2024 Solar Guy came with the panels installed them left same day did a Great job. Scaffolding still in place. Three Great Lads Liam, Ash and Leon came installed heaters.Left house tidy. Had to insist in the end for email's as the information I was getting, needed confirmation. Lots of cancelling's.Thats why only 4 * Thank you Liam ,Leon and Ash for your patience with me.

Excellent solar panel and battery installation at a competitive price. Would highly recommend Grant store kept me informed at every stage of the install. They were easy to get hold of, and the tradesmen on the days of install were quick, clean and friendly. I am incredibly pleased with my purchase, with the panels producing more energy than expected. I am sure I will be happy for years to come. Thank you to all involved.

Install of solar / battery system went all to plan with no problems. All the guys were polite. helpful and tidy, even hoovered up. Special mention to the 2 chaps from Harwood elec who lugged an 107kg battery up the stairs. Functionally the system is 100%, no issues at all. Overall very pleased and would certainly recommend.
