Couldn't be happier with my new Heat Pump installation. The team from Grant Store did a cracking job, everything working perfectly and left the job nice and tidy too. My only complaint is about our useless local council wasting months slowing the process down, but Grant Store managed all of that for us and the end result is fantastic.

Installed with a minimum of fuss by very friendly helpful staff. They had useful suggestions on routing cables with a solution which has had minimal effect on the exterior of the house

Ryan and jonny arrived at our house today to carry out loft work, outstanding lads, explained everything to us

All installation teams worked well despite snow on day 1 In catching up they had to work some of time when it had gone dark consequently clearing up after completing tasks was not always as good as it could have been. Otherwise all jobs completed well. Looking forward to receiving all the documentation. System working as expected

The process throughout has been excellent. Grant Store are reliable and even when there were teething issues they sorted it out quickly. A special shout out to Zoe from the solar team who after the install has actioned my queries quickly and they’re now resolved. Generally very good, but I waited in all afternoon for the Electrical fitters and they didn’t arrive until 4.45pm. They had to come back the following day to finish off. You should be able to give customers a general idea of what time fitters will arrive

What a wonderful experience from start to finish. Grant Store were an absolute pleasure to have dealings with. The cost of the Solar installation was pure value for money. It beats a similar quote hands down. Grant Store employees were so friendly and very efficient; the installation went smoothly and on time. My wife and I cannot praise them enough. The guy who came Dave Joyce to measure for radiators was very professional helpful and friendly he talked me through everything step by step and answered all my questions

Overall we have had a very good experience. All the timescales discussed have been achieved. All staff from surveyor, office staff ( Izaac) scaffolders, roofers and electrian have all worked very hard and were all very friendly and polite. Thank you Grant Store.
