Completely smooth process, completed professionally

We were very pleased with the efficient Installation of 12 solar panels and storage battery by the workers on site. They were pleasant and helpful. However somehow the wrong inverter was sent, which delayed the completion of the work by 4 days which was disappointing. If the correct inverter had been sent we would have given 5 stars.

Grant Store made the whole PV purchase as simple as it could be.

Sean was professional polite and helpful and very easy to talk Any queries I had he was happy to talk them through with me especially as 1 of the new extractor fans wasnt working he got it sorted for me. He checked all of the new installations and took plenty of photographs as proof

The organisation was good, scaffolding the day before and two separate teams installing the panels and electrics. However, the tidy up afterwards was not thorough and the solar panels were quite dirty with what looked like footprints. The scaffolding is still here after 2 weeks and we are still waiting for the documents of the grid.

The engineer, Dave, came yesterday to do a gas review. He was totally pleasant & professional, explaining everything in clear, layman's terms & listening to my daft layman's questions & thoughts. A very good appointment. Would definitely recommend.
