I have just had an engineer visit from David Dobbins. I can not stress enough how helpful, knowledgable, curious and exceptionally patient with all my questions he was. From the moment he arrived David explained everything he was doing and willingly explained anything I didn’t understand. If you are looking for this type of work to be done, you can’t get any better workforce than this. Thank you.

GSL did a great job installing 8 Solar Panels, a medium size battery and an inverter. Safe and very quick job with scaffolding fitted.

Had a boiler replacement installed by Grant Store. The install engineers turned up nice and early and worked hard throughout the day until they finished around 2pm. The install team were polite and left no mess whatsoever. They explained exactly how the new boiler worked and took all the rubbish away with them. So pleased with everything they have done. The office staff were great too. Thank you very much to the entire team we dealt with. Absolutely five stars from me!

We have a 1930s house and has an adjoined garage workshop which presented location and wiring challenges. The complete team were considerate, polite, informative, hard working and knowledgeable. The work done was tidy and of high quality. Thank you all.

arrived on time, jonny and rhys fitted our new loft insulation in about 2 hours despite having to move lots of stuff around , they left no mess and were very pleasant

Absolutely fantastic professional group of hard working lads. On Thursday engineers Elliot Rico and Kieran walked in put carpet protector down and got straight down to work, within 7 hours they had fitted a new boiler plumbed in four radiators and did it all without too much disturbance and without stopping for tea breaks. They were friendly and considerate to both my neighbors and myself . On Friday Elliot Rico Ethan and Deane came back to complete the work ,I didn't even hear them going on the roof to fit the flue apparently it was quite steep . They worked as a team knowing exactly what each other was doing . Even though they were so professional they seemed to be enjoying their work with plenty of banter and music it was a great job well done. Now all the water bottles and heater can go in the bin YAY !!! THANK YOU all so much .

From Start to finish the professionalism was second to none, I applied for an ECO4 grant and didn't think I would get it. Within a week of Kirk doing the assessment to Dave Joyce doing the technical survey I am now sitting in warmth and not worrying about the winter arriving. They were friendly, professional and very informative. Brilliant

Recently had a technical survey carried out by Dave Joyce from Grant Store. Very informative and thorough. Dave talked through the process and what will happen during the installation and was very accommodating when discussing appliance locations etc. Looking forward to the next phase.!
