Simon Harrington the joiner was great. He arrived as expected, did a professional job and importantly left the house clean and tidy taking all his rubbish with him.

Excellent job fitting the window sills throughout the house after the internal wall insulation had been installed. Very precise with all measurements and a very tidy house afterwards. The start of the process was a little disjointed with various surveys being carried out by different trade groups and the communications could have and should have been better between us the Client and GSL as an organisation. However, when it came to executing the work, although a little disjointed between trades, the workmanship, the professionalism and the courtesy of the lads on site was first class. The plastering team were excellent, 3 of the hardest working blokes I’ve ever met, always a dirty trade but these guys kept a very high standard and the workmanship and quality of the work is up there with the best. The electricians were efficient and tidy, solar team done and dusted in a day. Westmorland Scaffolding were extremely careful over a difficult area. A special point of note was the plumbing team, led by Kieron and his two apprentices (great to see the company investing in youngsters) TJ and Reece were absolutely spot on. Very helpful, going above and beyond moving all our furniture and taking care with everything they did. Overall, a very positive experience and happy to recommend to others

A very experienced gentleman called to dlo my survey, I was gutted to find that my radiators were too small for the rooms. He explained to me about the new pump, how it works in simplified terms. So at long last I can be warm and afford the heating cost.
