I wouldn’t recommend them. They hang up on you every time I’ve called four times and they hung up on me each time.

It was easy and Alex my agent was so patient with me. He was awesome!!

The help they provide us with our car policy insurance. They helped us save a great deal and were much more friendlier than our previous insurance.

I paid for my renewal in March of 2024 to get financing for the next 10 months. All is well until Dec. 24 when i get a letter to state that my policy would be cancelled for non payment of premium. Verified with the finance company that payments are up to date with only 1 remaining. Called Freeway they said it was a single declaration. How does that cost $366 when I had insurance for almost 4 years with you guys and you knew from inception that I was single. When into the office and was told that the declaration only costs $27. So where did this amount come from. They made a call and all of a sudden that amount comes from my down payment for my renewal. That was paid in full in March. You can't even secure financing without paying in full & furthermore no notice until the 11th hour? Makes no sense and now they're not responding to a BBB complaint and headquarters are stating that I need to call my state office. So the ramifications are coming down from DMV and the finance co is contacting me for the last payment but Freeway canceled over this botched renewal that my office says they don't know what the rep did. Meanwhile I can't get any answers, explanation or a resolution to this matter.
