Horrible company. Tricked me to buy insurance for 10 months, when I only wanted 3 months. Have had a battle with them to refund the other 9 months after i cancelled after 3 months. This battle has been going on for 2 months now, and they still refuse to send the funds back over. Keep off. Big Scam

This is THE WORST customer service experience ever involving an insurance company 😡‼️ The agents are unprofessional, don’t answer the phones, lose policy info and are difficult to interact with regarding policy matters.

I started a new policy yesterday with Rennie. He told me my policy was $138.00. However, when I looked at my bank statement after I completed a transaction with him over the phone. I was charged twice. Tell me why I am now looking at my bank statement that shows me two separate charges. (See screenshot below) One for $13.36. To Freeway Insurance, (which you said Freeway does not allow you to charge that it is just a broker for Pearl, Holding insurance) And there is also a second charge for $148.70. Which, the only way that you could charge two payments is if you screenshot my credit card or you wrote the number down manuallyIn order to put it in twice (because I know the system does not hold onto the actual credit card only maybe the last four digits) once it is entered. I am beyond pissed Rennie!!!) at no time. Did you tell me that it would be two separate charges! And at no time did you tell me that I would be charged an extra $24.06!!! The price you quoted me of 138.00 is the price I expected to pay, that is the only price that I should’ve paid!!!! Be careful people when giving your credit card information and check your statements as soon as he says the payment is done!!! I now have to go through the hassle of contacting my bank and getting a new card!
