He assisted me instating both my automobile and renters insurance policies during one call. The prices are reasonable and I was provided options to choose from according to my needs and preferences. The communication was clear, informative and productive. With one courteous phone call and an exchange of some email documents, both auto and renters insurance are now in place. I found freeway insurance on google. Called And talk to a agent Bryan Pineta. I got car insurance at $301. For 6 mo. Phone Transaction. I told him I wanted Coveage He quoted me Progressive. He added roadside service. That he worked for "freeway insurance." He said progressive does not have roadside insurance. My son bought AAA for me Next day.The agent added.charged 139. Back dated on CC to freeway/ oasis sw insurance . I spoke to progressive corporate. And they did not get The 139. They do carry roadside insurance. After the fact I looked at the reviews?WOW... Freeway customer service advocate called after reading my review. I told him I was a senior I told him. I never gave permission to do a separate charge on freeway Roadside insurance. Told him cc charge was backdated. I said with this economy. The way it is I would not be surprised if progressive stopped providing roadside service. So I believed the agent. I did not get the card for a month. I also was told by the C.S. agent You only have 30 days to cancel the roadside service. How can you cancel something that they did not know about.
