The customer service was so poor took about 3 days just to contact the agent on the phone playing phone tag was not what I was looking forward to it like once they have your money you become low priority I hope that's not the way they do business

Y’all can do better!

Its very unfortunate that am writing a negative review on here. Freeway will send you an email with an attachment that will not let you open. With that being said, I received an email saying my insurance policy has been cancelled, didn’t know the reason because I couldn’t open the attachment. Drove all the way to their agent office in Tacoma and to my surprise, my policy was cancelled because they asked for a proof of address and I didn’t respond. How was I suppose to respond an email with no info just an attachment that won’t open?? I have been told that I have to reapply all over again. Feels like a scam honestly. Sorry to say. Y’all can do better!

We love Progressive

We love Progressive. Yet Freeway staff are rude and not professional. Many years ago when my husband and I got married I went in to be added to the insurance. A few months ago we moved and he did change our address with them yet our mail continues to go to our last address which is becoming a problem. Today I called the 800 number to verify the change and she informed me I'm not on the policy. What? Then she was rude about it. I don't recommend this company to hold your policy. Very unprofessional.
