The quail and seagull eggs were fantastic. The box of chocolates and truffles was very good, but not as good as I remember previous orders

I ordered in late November and despite repeated emails with their customer service team the chocolates still hadn't arrived a month later. I understand that there are difficulties with deliveries at the moment but the customer service has been lacklustre (I had to chase the order and then a refund) and ended with no apology. I'm sure the chocolates would be lovely but I'd advise that you buy in person rather than online to be sure that you get them! I won't be ordering with them online again when there are so many other options.

I thought it was just us who missed the very obvious notes on the website stating the ‘cheaper ‘ bars were passed or close to their best before dates. Again only found out when the recipients politely mentioned we’d given chocs that we’re past their best before dates! I know they will be fine to eat but that’s not the point. In future if it’s cheaper than rrp then everyone please read the full description right down to best before dates. It’s a very competitive market . I’ll leave it there.

this brand is probably my favourite BUT my order was in the mail for 24 days half the items had reached their best used by date before entering the post they were intended as gifts but due to their late delivery in the afternoon, on Christmas Eve, and my utter embarrassment at their use by date they could not be given

Ordering Turkish Delight for my husband- it’s his favourite treat. Unfortunately, in just a day, they became wet. I wont buy these again.

Ordered many times no problem then my last order was delivered to the wrong address and signed for by the wrong person
